ROASTING

All of our products are roasted to order - we roast/pack and ship orders each business day. Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that lot, we transfer the profile to our 10 & 15KG drum roasters. The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available.
